Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to customers located in India purchasing access to the Kalakar.io platform. For all product, service, and platform terms, users must also refer to the primary Terms of Service of Editing Skool LLC available at:

By purchasing through Clanflare Solutions Pvt. Ltd., you ("Customer") agree to the following:

1. Merchant of Record (MOR) Role

• • Clanflare Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("Clanflare") acts as the official Merchant of Record and authorized reseller for Editing Skool LLC ("Editing Skool") for customers located in India.
• • Clanflare handles all billing, invoicing, taxation, refunds, and payment processing for Indian customers.
• • Editing Skool remains solely responsible for service delivery and platform functionality.

2. Nature of Service

• • Editing Skool provides access to its SaaS platform Kalakar.io, while Clanflare facilitates purchase of that access within India.
• • Clanflare does not develop, modify, control, or operate the software or services offered on Kalakar.io.

3. Pricing & Taxes

• • All prices displayed for Indian customers are inclusive of applicable Indian taxes.
• • Clanflare issues GST-compliant invoices for all purchases made by customers in India.

4. Billing & Payment Processing

Payments made by Indian customers are processed by Clanflare through approved payment gateways (e.g., Cashfree, Razorpay, etc.). Customers agree that:

• • The sale is made by Clanflare in India.
• • Payment obligations are fulfilled upon successful transaction processing by Clanflare.

5. Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by Editing Skool's refund policy (refer to https://www.kalakar.io/termsandconditions).

Clanflare processes refunds for Indian customers in accordance with that policy.

Refund conditions:

1. Refunds are issued exclusively in INR to the original payment method.
2. Refunds may take 7–14 business days depending on bank/gateway processing.
3. Certain delivered/consumed digital services may be classified as non-refundable.
4. Chargebacks or disputes may result in account suspension at Editing Skool's discretion.

Clanflare's role is strictly administrative for processing approved refunds.

6. Product Support & Quality

Clanflare is not responsible for product performance, uptime, features, accuracy, or fulfillment.

Billing-related concerns may be directed to Clanflare at:

7. Data Handling

• • Clanflare acts only as a processor of customer data, strictly for billing, compliance, invoicing, and refund operations.
• • Editing Skool remains the data controller for customer accounts, content, and platform usage.
• • See Privacy Policy for details.

8. Restrictions

Customers agree not to:

• • Misuse access to Kalakar.io
• • Circumvent payment obligations
• • Request fraudulent chargebacks or refunds

Such actions may result in service suspension.

9. Limitation of Liability

Clanflare's liability is strictly limited to the billing amount paid for a specific transaction and excludes:

• • Service issues
• • Product dissatisfaction
• • Consequential or indirect damages

Editing Skool is responsible for all aspects of service delivery.

10. Governing Law

• • Billing, invoicing, and payment-related matters are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in Haryana courts.
• • Product/service matters are governed by the laws of the United States, as per Editing Skool's Terms.

11. Reference to Original Terms

Customers must also read and accept Editing Skool's primary Terms of Service:

In the event of a conflict, Clanflare's Terms govern billing/tax matters, while Editing Skool's Terms govern service usage.
